| 1 | Taking down cement plaster/ loose tiles in small patches as per site requirement in any situation / locatioon on brick or stone walls, RCC surfaces such as walls,ceiling,chajjas,beams,columns etc., (internally or externally) including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and treating the surfaces with existing finishes to match with existing up to G+5 floor buildings complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of scaffolding and all safety measures is deemed to be included in the rate shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. |
