| 2 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down Transformer 11/0.415 KV capacity 400 KVA level III, IS-1180 Part-I outdoor type copper wound 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycle per second, oil immersed naturally cooled external cooling tube core type Delta connection on primary side (HV side) and star connection on secondary side (LV side) having typing 0, + 2.5%, + 5%, + 7.5% to charged by means of hand operated, off load/ tap charging gear including first filling of new transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 KV with standard fitting with such as two earthing terminals for body and one additional for neutral brought out in bushing, oil level gauge indicator for level minimum and maximum, lifting lugs, rating and terminal plate, plain breather device to prevent ingress of rain water and inserts, drain cum sampling value 20 mm bore steel with plug, dial type thermo meter, oil filling hole 32 mm threaded with plug. The transformer shall be powder coated for water/ dust and vermin proof. Note- (1) Transformer oil shall be confirming to requirement of IS 335-1983 specification for new insulating oil for transformer. (2) Equipment shall be suitable to operate at 3500 Mtr above MSL at temperature variation between (-) 25 degree centigrade to (+) 35 degree centigrade, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 3 | S&F HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or verticle mounting type complete with 9 insulators upto 200 Amps complete including taking down existing old unserviceable air break switch, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 4 | M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and/or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for laying of cable in trenches/foundation of pole and stay etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified. |
| 6 | Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and/or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and/or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Material and labour for Sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying & 15 cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I, 2009. Note : Punned thickness only will be measured and paid. |
| 9 | Supply and laying of factory made, machine pressed, unreinforced, precast concrete cable cover class LV type-1 flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Supply, laying and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 240 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trences or passing through pipes, ducts or fixed to walls/poles, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 11 | Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core suitable for 11KV earthed system, complete all as specified and/or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. |
| 12 | S&F in replacement of galvanized iron pipe 80mm bore light grade with all fitting laid in trenches/wall/floor/pole for protection of cable including providing fixing clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge..
