Item No. 1 :- Providing housekeeping services in Vardan bldg. at Thane. The services includes daily sweeping of building premises, common areas in buildings (Basement + Grd floor+9 storey common passage+ terrace). entrances, pavements, inside & outside the entrance, car parking area, vacant floors & shops, common toilets in Vardaan Office bldgs. removing vegetation of around the building and backside of building and keeping the garden clean, watering the garden on all days of month by engaging requisite sweepers or by machanical means including disposing of the garbage, debris at proper place with necessary tools like broom, basket, mops duster, acid, powder, phenyl etc. complete. Note-(1) Each saturday cleaning the every corners and walls and remove the spider webs. (2) Toilets shall be clean twice in a day.

Item No. 2 :-Providing housekeeping services in Division office 1 &2. The services includes daily sweeping of building premises, common areas in buildings viz. entrances, pavements, inside & outside the entrance, car parking area, common toilets in Office Bldg, removing vegetation of around the building and backside of building, on all days of month by engaging requisite sweepers or by mechanical means including disposing of the garbage debris at proper place with necessary tools like broom, basket, mops duster, acid, powder, phenyl etc. complete. (1) Each saturday celing fan cleaning, removing spider web from each cabin and corners & common passage ceiling and walls. (2) cleaning the every door and windows and corners & common passage ceiling and walls. (3) cleaning the every door and windows. (4) Toilets shall be clean twice in a day.

Item No. 3 Providing housekeeping services in Regional Offices (RO-1 & RO-2, Internal) and common passages from Gr+6 storey, including campus area. The services includes daily sweeping of building premises, common areas in buildings viz. entrances, pavements, inside & outside the entrance, car parking area, vacant floors & shops, common toilets in Office Complex Bldg.removing vegetation of around the building and backside of building, on all days of month by engaging requisite sweepers or by mechanical means including disposing of the garbage debris at proper place with necessary tools like broom, basket, mops duster, acid, powder, phenyl etc. complete.
