Steel work in built up frame made of / M.S. flat / M.S. pipe / M.S. angles of various sections including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of snthetic enmael paint, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc.. The work is required for making security wall jaffery/ ladder/grills/ frame work for shed or sunshade / other mis work.The steel work is to be provided at the site of the building complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1.5mm thick polycarbonate sheet to be fixed on the existing MS frame with self drilling machine screws complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement :4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete paver block grey/ colored/ polished/ designer (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M35 ISI marked including the cost of good quality color and hardening agents. The paver should be compiled with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over layer of 50mm average thick sand to the required slope and requirement complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing M.S. sheet 14 guage on the existing MS frame after dismanltind the exisitng rusted M. S. sheet, by welding the sheet with the M.S. frame including finshing of frame and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
