Providing & Fixing structure of steel members using structural steel built-up sections, conforming to IS-1161 and IS 4923 with latest amendments, to the required profile, curvature, and shape as called for as per the site requirement and specifications. This item includes preparation of fabrication, scaffolding, and staging, all cutting, grinding, surface treatment (primer), welding bolts & all labour, tools, plants & equipment, and operations, etc. required to complete the job as perdrawings and specifications. Every precaution is to be taken to prevent rusting of sections. This item also includes all tests on materials and welded and fabricated parts as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Temporary bolts and nuts (Grade 8.8) to be used during assembly shall be removed before site erection. This supporting truss shall be fixed on existing RCC beams and columns with suitable fixing arrangements.

Providing and fixing Porch Shed at Pavilion Entry Gate with tensile fabric over MS framed structure, including supply, cutting, shaping, fabrication and fixing of PVC coated polyester tensile membrane fabric of weight not less than 830–950 GSM, joined through High Frequency (HF/RF) Welding / Hot Air Welding / Hot Wedge Welding technology to form continuous waterproof and weatherproof seams of strength equivalent to the parent fabric, including all necessary SS/GI cables, keder edge system, clamping plates, aluminium profiles, anchor fasteners, tensioning devices, fittings, accessories, scaffolding up to 5.0 m height and all labour required for complete installation as per approved design and site requirements. Fabric shall conform to the following specifications: Fabric Type – PVC Coated Polyester; GSM – 830–950 GSM; Tensile Strength (Minimum) – 4000 N/5 cm (Warp) and 3500 N/5 cm (Weft); Tear Strength (Minimum) – 500 N; Fire Retardancy – NFPA 701 / DIN 4102-B1; UV Resistance – Minimum 5 Years (Outdoor Exposure); Colour Fastness – Grade 7–8 (ISO 105-B02); Waterproofing – Minimum 1500 mm Hydrostatic Head with fully welded watertight joints; Surface Finish – PVDF/Acrylic Lacquer Coating on both sides; Roll Width – 2.5 m or 3.2 m or as supplied by manufacturer, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Measurement shall be made in square meters based on the actual developed surface area of the installed tensile membrane, and the rate shall include all cutting, welding, waterproof jointing, edge reinforcement, accessories, cables, tensioning arrangements, scaffolding, wastage, and incidental works.
