| 7 | Providing and laying antiskid vitrified floor tiles of specified size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).The tiles are to be fixed by provding 2 mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. The grooves are to be filled with cemenitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. | 8 | Providing and laying 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300x450 mm conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours, shades as approved by Engineer-in-Charge,in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by provding 2 mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. The grooves are to be filled with cemenitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 11 | Provding and installation of precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by the Engineer in charge) 0.50mm +-5% total coated thickness TCT) thick zinc coating 100gsm as per IS 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-4 microns epopxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat of 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metres or as desired by the Engineer in charge. The sheet shall be fixed by using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with whitel ead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete in all repsects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. |
