| 7 | M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface including parapet wall comprising with the following course of treatment/ specifications form bottom to top:-(a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by torced application complete all as specified. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet walls and shall be finished by a membrane flashing.Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions.(ii) A minimum overlap shall be 75mm length wise and 100 mm width wise of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions. (iii) The whole works shall be executed by the authorised company applicator. |

| 9 | M & L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in neat cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, complete all as specified and directed. |
