| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance and attending day to day complaints for maintain smooth functioning of all AC plants and resolving day to day complaints of Air conditioning plant (central/package), chiller units, AHU any capacity in Bhatinda cantt area and repairing / replacement of any item or component of required after resolving complaints to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and as directed.Note:(i) Services for MAJOR maintenance which require control circuit issues shall be carried out by SERVICE ENGINEER of respective company and the rates is included in this item. Nothing extra to be paid on this account. contractor will attend complaint regarding to leakage of refregerant gas from AC plant ,contractor will find out leakage and necessary welding work and recharging of Gas after nitrogen flushing will be carried out, refrigerant gas will be measure and paid seperately in appropriate item of schedule'A' BoQ..(ii) Major replacement/renewal company authorised Engineer should attend the fault.(iii) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separely under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ .Minor repair work which consisting of no part replacement but plant can be start like wise lugs replacement ,wire burnt etc. contactors, relays, MCCB and timer will strictly be bought as per model mentioned in schedule A.(iv) Contractor will depute a electritian and referigeration mech with suoervisor for collecting the complains ,contractor will provide vehicle to technitian.All complaints to be attended and rectified within 24 hrs if failing which Rs 500.00/day will be recovered.(iv) T&P / vehicle required for technician and semi skilled shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost to attend complaints and carry out the repair works at various locations of cantt area and the cost is included in this item and nothing extra shall be be paid in this regard.following AC plants :- |

| 4 | Material and labour for de-scaling of AC plant which consisting of 12.5 TR compressor Scroll type compressor of Central AC Plant and cleaning of chocked pipe water circulating lines including service valves,condenser (Heat Exchanger) to cooling tower ,circulating concentrated de-scaling solution ( diluted hydrochloric acid) mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complite deposites/scale is removed or 24 hours whichever is later & as ordered, Circulating through pump,servicing of valves,cooling tower,water spray assemble ,cleaning with suitable size of drill rod ,wire brush including dismantling and connecting all desmantled components in proper position after srevicing/overhauling etc replacement of packing gasket 3mm thick,Nuts,Bolts with washer,testing of water line for leakage,complite all as specified and derected by Engineer-in Charge -complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) The spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under:- (ii) All spare parts shall be of make Blue star(iii) Cost of minor damaged spares like washers,nut,bolts any type sensors, safety valves and dryier including cleaning agent, tools and testing equipments etc and also plants made functioning in full load shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor. |
