Periodical checking including comprehensive and breakdown maintenance of electrically operated fire alarm panel including all detectors, MCP, Sounder/Siren, repeater panels and other devices and accessories connected with the panel including wiring/cable connecting all the devices associated with the fire alarm panel including battery/battery charger etc. located at different locations (NAD,INS Eksila,INS DEGA,NCB,9 IRSD Area,NSV,Nirman Park,SVN Colony,MOV(Old and New),INS Visawkarma,BVY, DSRV, CE(N) Complex etc) and other areas under the maintenance area of GE (ND) (V) for maintaining existing fire alarm System by carrying out periodic checks, cleaning and dusting of all system components as recommended by manufacturer / as directed by Engineer-in-charge to ensure smooth / safe and efficient operation including repair/ replacement of all spare parts/accessories etc of compatible make as specified by the OEM/ as directed by Engr-in-Charge required to keep the fire alarm systems in good and safe working condition. The fire alarm system/Detection system consists of the following :-

(a) Microprocessor based addressable networking type Fire alarm control panel and repeater panel of Apollo/Honeywell /Siemens/Ravel/Agni/Godrej/Airlight/Morley/Notifier/Safeway etc make, with supply unit heavy duty Battery charger and allied components.

All as per item No.1 but the Microprocessor based addressable networking type GSM enabled Fire alarm control panel and repeater panel of Apollo/Honeywell /Siemens/Ravel/Agni/Godrej/Airlight/Morley/Notifier/Safeway etc make, with supply unit heavy duty Battery charger, updating of software including recharging of sim card and allied components.

(b) All as per item No.1 but the Microprocessor based conventional type Fire alarm control panel of and repeater panel Apollo/Honeywell /Siemens/Ravel/Agni/Godrej /Airlight / Morley/Notifier/Safeway etc make, with supply unit heavy duty Battery charger, and allied components without GSM.

All as per item No.1 but the Microprocessor based conventional type GSM enabled Fire alarm control panel of and repeater panel Apollo/Honeywell /Siemens/Ravel/Agni/Godrej /Airlight / Morley/Notifier/Safeway etc make, with supply unit heavy duty Battery charger, updating of software including recharging of sim card and allied components.

Note:- For item No. 1 to 4 here in before:-(i) In the event of any fire alarm panel remains non functional for a period of more than 7 days a penalty of Rs. 500 per day will be deducted over and above the penalty imposed as per IAFW 2249 and other condition of CA. Note:- For item No. 1 to 4 here in before:-(i) In the event of any fire alarm panel remains non functional for a period of more than 7 days a penalty of Rs. 500 per day will be deducted over and above the penalty imposed as per IAFW 2249 and other condition of CA.
