Name of Work:- Restoration of rain damages of LIS Neri Jamli in Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (SH: Repair with Laying, Jointing and testing of GMS pipe 150 mm dia dismentalling and relaying of GMS Pipe 125 mm dia butt welding of MSREW/GMS pipe at various locations for Gravity main line). DNIT amount- 268303/- EMD- 5370/- Time- Two months.

Cutting in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumperwork, blasting , charge.and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer inprohibittedand disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundations and trenches including pipes and pits in all depths etc. in all lifts and in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited)and saturated soils, stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts, clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations and trenches etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts complete in all repects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying, jointing and testing of below mentioned GMS Tubes (Medium class)Plain end i/c all type of fitting such as bends,tees.air valves etc.(Earth work in trenches to be measured & paid for separately) within all leads & lifts complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing circumferential butt welded joints by electrical are welding to GMS Pipe 150mm,125mm and 200mm dia MSERW pipe (latest upto date amendments of grade and wall thickness as specified below welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 specifications by using welding electrodes of 2.5mm to 6.3mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore)-CITOJET/ESAB make, conforming to IS: 814-1991 at site of work complete in all respect, including manual/ mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
