Dismantling and removal of existing car shed and scooter shed (approx. 36.5 m length), including debris disposal and site clearance.

Car shed workCar Shed Fabrication & Roofing: Providing, fabricating, and installing complete car shed structure including:• 100 mm GI round pipe columns fixed in excavated pits (700 mm depth × 500 mm width) with RCC foundation (1:1½:3 mix).• 75 mm × 37.5 mm, 16-gauge GP rectangular pipe trusses.• 50 mm × 25 mm, 16-gauge GP square tube support members.• 25 mm × 25 mm, 16-gauge square pipe purlins (Apollo, Bushan or equivalent quality tubes).• 0.45 mm powder-coated aluminium trafford roofing sheets with matching ridge sheets (Hindalco, Everlast, or equivalent approved brand).• 150 mm gutter clamp fixing and PVC gutter fixing and downpipes on both sides.Surface preparation, one coat epoxy primer, and two coats enamel paint.Size: Approx. Length 39 meter x width 6 meter x height 2.55 meter roof bottom (2517 sq.ft.).

Basement workWorks: Cement concrete block masonry (Bricks 300mm x 150 mm x 200mm), plastering, earth filling, PCC flooring/concreting, and all associated finishing works. Area measured up to roof bottom level (approx. 323 sq.ft.).

Flooring Work Supplying and laying vitrified floor tiles (300 mm × 300 mm) approved make (Johnson, Kajaria, Somany, or equivalent), fixed with suitable adhesive and joint filling materials.
