| 24 | Note for Sl Item No. 3 to 21 above :(i) Draft design drawing for OHT staging (provided by Syntex) is attached in Sl page No. 157 and 158 of tender.The contractor shall be liable to get the design checked and redesigned, if needed. The design for Staging of OH Tank shall be got vetted by IIT/ NIT and the Rates quoted for Sl item No. 3 to 21 above are inclusive of this . (ii) No specifications in the draft design shall be degraded by the Contractor. However specfications can be upgraded as per the Contracotr's design vetted by IIT/NIT.(iii) Necessory soil investigation report shall be obtained from GE (P) Navy Mandovi.
