| 1 | Supply and fixing of 11KV HT LBS panel, 630Amps, 26.3KA with Fuse trip, Earth Switch, Dynamic mimic arrangment, 230V AC Shunt trip Coil and 2 No + 2 NC Aux Contacts, outdoor unit fabricated out of 3mm thick CRCA steel enclosure suiitable for outdoor unit type installation with MS base Channel. The panel contains the equipments & components complete with aluminium busbar interconnections, designation labels caution notices, EB sealing and pad locking facilities whereever required. Plateform for LBS panel plinth of size 2x2x0.6 mtr height from GL including excavation anmd earth work in trenches in any type of soil, PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 for foundation, brick work in cm 1:6 PCC 1:2:4 as in coping, plaster of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick surface and necessary space is provided for entry of HT cables from bottom through detachable gland plates. The panels is finished with powder coated paint-siemens Grey Ral 7032 and the panels is consiting of following accessories complete all as specified and directed. (a) On load Break switch with fuse trip mechanism, 3 phase, 630A -1 No.(b) HRC Fuses with tripping striker pin, 11KV,Suitable Amps-03 Nos(c) Copper Busbar 50x12mm, Suitable rating, 3P, air insulated with colour coded RYB Heat shrinkable sleeves.(d) Earth bus 40x6mm aluminium bus bar (e) Busbar supports Resin CastNote:- Drawing of LBC shall be got approved from GE. |

| 4 | Supply, testing and laying XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 33000 volts (Earthed) grade of size 300 sqmm single core complete all as per Engr-in-charge. Note:- Existing cable under the Aircraft landing Zone, hence cable not catered in Sch of credit. |
| 5 | Labour for drilling hole under the aircraft landing area with the help of drilling machine(HDD) without damaging/distrubing the MAFI lights/cable horizontally for aircraft landing area crossing in and including HDPE pipe 160mm dia, SDR 13.6 (8Kg/SQCM) 145.04 PSI pressure pipe for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Driling of hole under the road 2 to 3 mtr depth and Minimum one slot length 5mtr before drilling signal cable clearance should be received from signal Unit. During the drilling any type of cable damage, the same shall be repaired by contractor without any extra cost. |
| 6 | Supply, laying & fixing in replacement double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) of size 90mm outer dia and 76mm inner dia with all accessories i.e. all type of joints, Sockets, Elbows, bends and end caps etc all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. |
| 7 | Supply and fixing, in replacement CT ratio 1:2/1:5 suitable for 11KV VCB including complete wiring as per the existing size/type (Total 03 Nos CT) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing, in replacement PT ratio 1:2/1:5 suitable for 11KV VCB including Complete wiring as per the existing size/type (Total 03 Nos PT) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. |
| 9 | Material and labour for cleaning / dihumidification and replacement of 11KV PVC busbar insulation (high quality), HT tape and nutbolts of complete VCB Panels (at MRS/MAFI) with the help of blower, blow lamp, Vaccum machine etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note:- cleaning / dihumidification of each power house as per this item will be treated as one Job. |
| 10 | Rubbing/scratching complete old paint of 33/11KV power transformer of capacity 6.3 MVA, through cleaning with kerosene/thinner oil and providing two coats of metallic Grey paint including writing MES No on transformer body with black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. |
| 11 | Material & labour for providing 20mm broken stone aggregate including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. |
| 12 | Out door End temination kit of heats shrinkable suitable for 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm HT 3 core 11000 volts XLPE cable type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. |
| 13 | Testing of 11KV drawout type Vaccum Circuit breaker through any reputed Manufacturer authorised team are as under:-(a) Following tests to be carried out on as a Incomer VCB 630A (i) IR Value for open(ii) Tripping and closing time in M/S.(iii) Operation - both manual and through motor.(iv) Functioning of indicators.(v) Continuity.(vi) CT ratio through primary injection.(vii) Polarity test. (viii) Testing of all the protection relay - i.e. o/c, earth fault,OV,UV, instantaneous trip suspension, auxiliary relay etc.(ix) Operation/working of charging motor and limit switch.(x) Calibration of all relay, male, female contracts of VCB.
