Providing and fixing weather boarding in soffit, in plain lined wooden panelling to close the gap between wall top and roof truss/roof sheeting, including necessary wooden framing, scaffolding, varnishing, and all complete job.

Providing and fixing plained eaves boarding (matching the existing installatrions) using 2nd class kail wood of size 300x40 mm (nominal size)

20mm Cement plaster of mix: 1:4 mix on walls (Concrete and RRM Wall)

Finishing walls/surface with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls
