| 7 | Drilling holes for bolts, pipes, etc. exc 25mm but not exc 60mm dia on granite/trap stone slabs, concrete/ block masonry surfaces on floors/ ceilings/ walls |
| 8 | M & L Forming holes, n exc. 50 cu cm for balusters, railings, newels, rag-bolts, etc. and grouting mixed with cement mortar 1:2 with necessary anchor chemical after bolts,balusters/ railings, etc. are fixed as specified by Engr in charge |
| 9 | Supply and fix in repairs, plain cold rolled (CR) sheet of thickness 16 gauge (1.60mm) in wall cladding, steel gates and similar works, cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel members etc with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded / riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets etc as required. |
| 10 | Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooks to be welded with steel members complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M/L for two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified |
| 12 | Material and labour for preparing, washing, rubbingdown and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated walls, pillasters, cornices etc all as directed. |
| 13 | Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge. |
| 14 | M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed |
| 15 | M & L cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in columns, pillars, posts and struts as holding concrete for steel post etc all as specified |
| 16 | Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work, barbed wire of any description not other wise provided for including stacking, loading etc all as specified and directed. |
