Note :The unit rate quoted by the tenderer under Col No (13) of Sch `A’ (BOQ) unless specifically mentioned otherwise such as labour only/fixing only, for all items of works shall be deemed to be including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, testing and commissioning of work in position complete as required for entire completion of work.

Plain cement concrete ,25 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in sub base finished even & rough to receive the bedding mortar in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
