| 1 | Petty repairs to joinery works such as easing of doors, windows, kitchen cabinets , refixing builder hardware gauge etc by providing glue nails and screws to the satisfaction of user and rectifying other misc minor carpentary works assigned by the Engneer In Charge. Notes : (i) Replacement of builders hardware if required shall be measured and paid separately.(ii) Contractor or his authorised representative will collect such type of complaints from AKASH VIHAR complaint cell of AGE B/R - I at 8.30 AM on daily basis except sunday /Holiday. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint.(iii) Complaint must be attended within 24 hours of receipt of complaint else recovery of Rs. 100/- per complaint/ per day will be Charged. |
