| 1 | Title1 | Operation and routine maintenance of water cooled chiller HVAC system, 3x500TR i/c AHUs and Cooling Tower, VRV system at various locations inside the Terminal Building and Medical Centre, Various pumps and other installation of WTP and STP, RO, Water coolers and Split/Tower/Window AC units at various locations, water fountains inside the Terminal Building, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems i/c maintenance of records/logbook/ documents etc. on all days i/c Saturday, Sunday and holidays as per tender specifications, terms and conditions by supplying of following min. no. of man power-(a) Supervisor (Highly Skilled) - 01 No. (i.e. 01 No. in general shift on 06 days in every week) (b) AC Technician / mechanic (Skilled) - 03 Nos. (ie 01 No. round the clock on all days in every week for operation of chiller, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off).(c) AC Technician / mechanic (Skilled) - 02 Nos. (ie 02 No. in general shift on all days in every week for operation and routine maintenance of R.O., Water coolers and Split/Tower/Window AC units at various locations, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off).(d) Asst. AC Mechanic cum Operator (Semi skilled) - 09 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. round the clock for operation of AHU, 01 No. round the clock for operation and maintenance of WTP, 01 No. round the clock for operation of STP on all days in every week, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off).(e) Asst. AC Mechanic cum Operator (Semi skilled) - 01 No. (i.e. 01 No. in general shift for maintenance of STP, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off).(f) Helper (Unskilled) - 03 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. round the clock on all days in every week for HVAC, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off). (g) Helper (Unskilled) - 02 Nos. (ie 02 No. in general shift on all days in every week for operation and routine maintenance of RO, Water coolers and Split/Tower/Window AC units at various locations, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off). |
| 2 | Title2 | Operation and routine maintenance of VRV system at ATS cum Technical Block and Precision Air Conditioning system at new MSSR building including maintenance of records/logbook/ documents etc. on all days including Saturday, Sunday and holidays as per tender specifications, terms and conditions by supplying of following minimum number of man power -(a) Supervisor (Highly Skilled) - 01 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. in general shift on 06 days in every week)(b) AC Technician / mechanic (Skilled) - 01 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. in general shift on all days in every week for operation and routine maintenance of VRV system at ATS cum Technical Block and PAC system at new MSSR building, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off).(c) Asst. AC Mechanic cum Operator (Semi skilled) - 06 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. round the clock for operation and routine maintenance of VRV system in ATS block and 01 No. round the clock for operation and routine maintenance of PAC system at new MSSR building on all days in every week, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off). |
| 3 | Title3 | Operation and routine maintenance of Packaged Air Conditioning system at old MSSR building including maintenance of records/logbook/ documents etc. on all days including Saturday, Sunday and holidays as per tender specifications, terms and conditions by supplying of following minimum number of man power -(a) Asst. AC Mechanic cum Operator (Semi skilled) - 03 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. round the clock for operation and routine maintenance of Packaged Air Conditioning system at old MSSR building on all days in every week, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off). |
| 4 | Title4 | Annual all inclusive comprehensive Maintenance contract of Central AC Plant (HVAC) for 3x500TR (make- McQuay) Centrifugal Chiller type comprising of 3 No. Cooling Tower (make- Advance) and 1No Cooling Tower (make- Bell) with make-up tank, Associated pumps as condenser water pump - 03 No(40HP), primary water pump - 03No (25HP), Secondary water pump 12 Hr - 03 no. (25HP), Secondary water pump 24Hr- 03 no. (15HP) with 06 No VFD with Secondary Pumps, Hot water generator of 400KW (01 No) with in build panel for 8 zones , Air Handling Unit (Floor Mounted) - 19 no. up to 100 Tr and min 50Tr capacity with 08 No VFDs, Ceiling Suspended Air handling unit - 17 No up to 3 to 5 Tr with electrical starter panel in each HRU 03 No of 4250 CMH, 4675 CMH, 2754 CMH with their electrical panels, AC Risers - 82 no. With Nozzles with respective AHUs, Ozone System of 06No of make- Ruks Canada Ltd, Electrical Panel in Plant Room P1 , P2 and P3 for the operation of Chillers, Hot water generator and all associated pumps, Water Softening plant its Electrical panel and pumps. Above system complete including chiller pipe line, AC Duct, grills diffusers, Valves, Gas charging, Winding of motors, Displays, instrumentations etc. complete as required related with HVAC System. (The supply of consumable spares as mentioned in Item-24 to 27 is not included in the scope of this item however installation and satisfactory working of equipment covers in this items.) |
