M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth Wire 4.0 mm (up to 7.5 m in length from earth plate) by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1.3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 12:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia at 150mm c/c in both ways as reinforcement, watering funnel, 20 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge and tested on completion. Note (i) The rate is inclusive of necessary earth work, RFR and removal etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in charge.(ii) Earthing shall be tested before making payment.
