| 2 | Dismantling & Removal of Malba Debris |
| 3 | Existing office cabin / partition dismantling including removal of existing low height and full height partitions, dismantling of existing false ceiling, electrical fixtures, lighting fixtures, AC ducts / diffusers / grills and associated electrical accessories etc., including careful removal, segregation and stacking of serviceable materials as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Work shall also include retaining / taping properly of existing electrical points wherever required, shifting/relocation of existing furniture, tables, storage units etc. within office premises as directed by EIC, cutting / chasing, making good damages after dismantling and all labour, T&P, safety arrangements, scaffolding and incidentals complete. Note: Disposal, loading, transportation and dumping of dismantled debris/malba shall be paid separately under relevant item. |
| 4 | Collection, segregation, loading, transportation, unloading, and disposal of dismantled debris, malba, rubbish, and unserviceable materials generated during dismantling and renovation works from the office premises to an approved Municipal Authority dumping yard or any other authorized disposal facility, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. The item shall include all leads and lifts (from 6th floor GAIL Bhawan), labour, tools and tackles, loading and unloading operations, deployment of tractor-trailers/trucks or other suitable vehicles, obtaining necessary entry permits, security clearances, payment of disposal charges, compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining cleanliness of the site during and after removal of debris. The work shall be carried out without causing inconvenience to occupants and shall be completed in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Material should not be kept for more than 02 days in GAIL Premises. |
| 5 | Temporary Partition/ Barricading |
| 6 | Providing, erecting, and maintaining temporary full-height dust-proof partitions/barriers comprising a framework of 50 mm × 50 mm wooden battens fixed at suitable spacing and securely anchored to the floor and ceiling. The framework shall be clad with 12 mm thick plywood and covered with PVC/flex sheets displaying project details/instructions as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). The partition shall be designed to effectively isolate the work area from occupied office spaces and corridors and prevent the spread of dust and debris. The item shall include all necessary supports, bracings, screws, nails, fasteners, sealing of joints with adhesive tape, provision of access openings/doors wherever required, and all incidental works necessary for complete installation. The scope shall also include shifting/repositioning of partitions as required, routine maintenance during the execution period, and dismantling, removal, and disposal of the temporary partitions upon completion of the work, complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
