| 1 | Maintenance of HWGF Guest House in round the clock shifts by Allotting (accommodation) rooms to the guests arriving at HWGF Guest House as per directions from the department; reception and office management on all the days of the contract period, maintenance of allotment register, billing, allotment and opening of rooms for bonafide occupants and perfect upkeep of rooms by ensuring good housekeeping and room service in round the clock shifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for a period of TWO years. |
| 2 | Sweeping and mopping of buildings (RPUM office) on daily basis. Dusting of furniture, furnishings and other items provided in the RPUM office on daily basis. Materials required for sweeping & mopping and consumables like soap solution, disinfectants, etc shall be in the scope of the contractor.(1550 sqm x 570 days = 883500) |

| 4 | Collecting of waste from the dust bins and disposal of the garbage collected to the nearest municipal bins once in three days (i.e twice in a week) and arrangement for transportation of the garbage shall be in the scope of the contractor. Also cleaning of the clogged drains, drain channels, etc on as & when required basis. Cleaning of overhead water tanks of RPUM office, guest house & type-II quarters (once in a month). Cleaning of storm water drain channels (once in a month). Tools & tackles required for the job shall be in the scope of the contractor |
| 5 | Cleaning of office toilets and guest house toilets on daily basis, sweeping of stairs pertaining to type-2 quarters on daily basis & washing of stairs pertaining to type-2 quarters (once in a week) and sweeping of internal pathways of the complex on daily basis. Materials required for sweeping & cleaning including hand wash shall be in the scope of the contractor.(750 sqm x 730 days = 547500) |
| 6 | Sweeping of rear peripheral area of RPUM Office, Guest House & Type-II quarters including two-wheeler parking areas & collecting of dry leaves & other debris on daily basis and stalling at designated place for periodical disposal. Collected garbage shall be disposed periodically as per the norms prescribed by GHMC and arrangement for transportation of the debris shall be in the scope of contractor (935 sqm x 570 days = 532950) |
| 7 | Periodical cleaning of Fans, light fittings, window panes, glass facade, ventilators, etc. on monthly basis in RPUM Office & HWGF Guest House. |
| 8 | Laundry services (for HWGF guest House) are to be executed within the departmental premises. Equipment such as washing machine with dryer, ironing, consumables etc required shall be in the scope of contractor. |

| 17 | Air freshener cake having net weight of 50 grams each (Jasmine/Rose/Lavender) |
| 18 | Hand Wash of good quality |
| 19 | Attending to the plumbing maintenance jobs in RPUM office, Guest House and Type-II quarters on monthly basis. Tools & tackles required for the job shall be in the scope of the contractor. |
