| 7 | Construction of Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee) and all materials etc., complete. |
| 8 | Supply and providing HYSD bar reinforcement of Fe-500 grade of approved make SAIL / RINL / TISCO including transportation, straightning, cutting, bending and binding with annealed binding wire of 18 gauge (1.22mm dia) complete all labour and material etc., complete all as directed |
| 9 | Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM(1:4) to walls at all heights and to ceilings, beams, Stair-case, lintel soffits, chajjas, projections, narrow bands and widths etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer. |
| 10 | Providing 15 mm thick Polymer modified mortar plaster with CM(1:4) to walls at all heights and to ceilings, beams, Stair-case, lintel soffits, chajjas, projections, narrow bands and widths etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer. |
| 11 | Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix by using 20 mm aggregate and baby chips including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials & labbour etc., complete all as directed. (Item includes chipping of damaged concrete and dispose to a lead of 50M) |
| 12 | Supply and apply the NitoZinc primer of fosroc make to the existing prepared surface of reinforcing bars to protect from corrosion complete all as directed. |
| 13 | Providing waterproofing treatement for toilet flooring with brick bats of CM(1:4) and applying Brush Bond two coats to walls complete all as directed. (Dismantling, chipping work is in contractor scope) |
| 14 | Providing Two(2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to ceiling surfaces after through scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed. |
| 15 | Applying two coats of putty of approved brands Birla / JK to new wall & concrete surfaces at all heights including applying suitable primer including necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved etc., complete all as directed. |
| 16 | Apply two coats of premium quality arcylic Interior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Rate includes removal of old paint with Buffing machine) |
| 17 | Apply two coats of premium quality weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever specified by Engineer in charge. |
| 18 | Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint for doors, windows, grills etc., of required colour using approved branded paints like Asian / Berger / Nerolac, after removal of rust using wire brush or sand paper to give an even shade on old work including applying one coat of zinc rich primer complete all as directed |
| 19 | Applying two or more coats of french sprit polish of approved brands including a coat of wood filler on old wooden surface after thourough cleaning and preparation of surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 20 | Providing & Fixing Premium quality Vitrified tiles (Double charged) of size 600*600*10mm in floors with water absorbtion less that 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make KAJARIA / Johnson / in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement pigment of MYK laticrete / saint gobaim or its equivalent material to maintain the level including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., and all materials complete all as directed.Complete all as EIC. |
