| 8 | Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised iron based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specifed and directed. |
| 9 | Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised iron based plain steel sheet 0.80mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed), fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specifed and directed. |
| 10 | Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, powder coated, comprising of aluminium Tee (weight of section not less than 280 gms/mtr) and aluminium angle (weight of section not less than 280 gms/mtr), grid size 605x605mm, including Hangers 6.0mm dia, galvanised iron (upto1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.50mm dia, 40mm long, complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 12 | Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, 25mm thick, as in floors, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 13 | Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.09 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. |
