Cleaning the inside premises of all MIDC offices, balconiesin Udyog Bhavan building and cleaning of flooring with broom, moping the floor everyday morning, cleaning of cupboards, tables & chairs every day, cleaning of toilet block using the acid / phynil / nypthaline ball every day Two times, clenaing of all glass partitions, windows, doors, grills every week & terraces every week. Collecting the garbage waste and disposing off the same including all labour, materials, taxes & transportation, etc. as directed by Engineer in charge etc. complete. ( Rate excluding GST )

Providing general pest control services to the building tocontrol the nuisance of cockroaches, lizards pin bores,rodents and other insects etc. with each operation andmonthly check up . ( Completed Rate excluding GST )

Providing liquid hand wash solution, Napthaline balls of approved make including hand pump, all material, labour & transportation charges as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc complete . ( Rate Excluding GST ) Offices of EE & RO Office- Considering 1 job per month for 12 Months ( Rate as per Rate Analysis - III )

Supply of Skilled labour like Carpenter, Fitter/Plumber & Electrician for maintenance works at Udyog Bhavan building as per instructions of Engineer- In- charge as & when required etc. complete. (Rate excluding GST)
