| 2 | Providing consultancy for structural analysis and design for RCC framed structure/ all RCC members i.e foundation, slabs, beams, columns, lintels, chajjas, fins, facias and other features etc, which includes structural design philosophy, Structural design and preparation of working structural drawings with full structural detailing of all structural members i.e foundation/footings columns beams and other joinery details etc including submission of input data, analysis, BOQ (The estimate will be prepared strictly in accordance with the latest DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates). For items not covered under the current DSR, market rates will be adopted. These market rate items will be supported with proper quotations, justification, and detailed rate analysis ) and design data, including structural drawings 4 nos (A1 size). Set of all structural drawing, along with soft copy and 3D detail architectural including single line diagram electrical wiring and installation (Interior & Exterior) of design will be handed over to the department as per direction of Engineering-In-Charge. The structural drawing/ design shall be got vetted from any IIT/NIT or Govt Engineering college as approved, by Engineer-InCharge and vetted charges shall have to be pay/attended by consultant. However, consultant has to properly coordinate with the Institute to get the design drawings vetted. Any charges/ corrections asked by Institute shall have also to be attended by the consultant till final drawings for construction duly vetted by institute are not issued. Any modification, alteration, or correction required during construction on account of departmental requirements, structural considerations, or shortcomings identified in the drawings shall be addressed by the consultant through the issuance of revised architectural and/or structural drawings. |
| 3 | The structural design of Overhead tank up to staging height up to 20 mtr (Capacity of 10,000 ltr) and the boundary wall, which will be prepared for sections spaced at 3.0 meters centre-to-centre, incorporating columns on both sides. The wall shall have a height of 2.40 meters above ground level and shall include a plinth beam at ground level, along with a 10 cmthick coping at the top of the wall. Additionally, a Y-shaped MS angle of size 40 mm \times 40 mm \times 6 mm shall be provided above the top of the boundary wall, extending to an overall vertical height of 0.60 meters. The design shall be carried out in accordance with the latest relevant IS Codes and the provisions of the National Building Code (NBC), based on site conditions observed during inspection. The consultant shall submit BOQ (The estimate will be prepared strictly in accordance with the latest DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates). For items not covered under the current DSR, market rates will be adopted. These market rate items will be supported with proper quotations, justification, and detailed rate analysis), three sets of hard copies of the drawings, including vetting from any IIT, NIT, or Government Engineering College, as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.All vetting charges shall be borne by the consultant. The consultant shall also be responsible for proper coordination with the concerned institute to ensure timely vetting of the design and drawings. Any comments, corrections, or revisions suggested by the vetting institute shall be duly incorporated by the consultant until the final vetted drawings are issued for construction. Furthermore, any modifications, alterations, or corrections required during the execution of the work arising from departmental requirements, structural considerations, or deficiencies in the drawings shall be addressed by the consultant through the issuance of revised structural and/or architectural drawings.
