| 1 | Note:- 1. Contractor should deploy data entry operator to print the complaint slip from complaint cell daily at 8.30 AM to 5:30 PM with necessary stationary take printout of jobcards. 2. All complaints to be rectified in time. The Delay in rectification of complaint more than specified the penality will be levied @ Rs.500.00 Per complaint. (a) Item No 1 to 05 complaint should be complete in 24 hours (b) Item No 06 to 195 complaint should be complete in 07 days 3. In case of any urgent nature plumbing/carpenter/mason complete after 1700 hrs same shall also be attended to and nothing extra shall be admisible on this account.4. All complaints related to Sanitary fittings / plumbing fittings/ Builders hardware, materials to be purchased as per approved make and kept in store in case of complaint immidiately to be attended.5. The type of complaint will be decided by Engr-in-Charge. If contractor is not agreeing to the decision of Engineer-in-Charge. The same shall be referred to the Accepting officer whose decision shall be final, binding and conclusive. |
