| 1 | Disconnection all electrical connection HT/LT from the bushings/terminal box of the unserviceable distribution transformer of capacity 63 to 160 KVA, of any make and specifications, indoor/outdoor type from existing position i.e. 2/4 poles structure or PCC foundation; dismantling, taking down and opening the transformer for repair by transporting the transformer to authorized Workshop (100 KM), opening of top cover including conservator, breather and allied items, inspecting the same to assess the repairs required, carryout the repairs. Cleaning, greasing and overhauling including taking out and replacement of unserviceable/worn out parts with new parts, fixing parts by draining out transformer oil complete all as required to make the transformer serviceable. Refilling transformer oil duly charged upto min BDV 45 KV, assembling, removing of the burnt parts i.e tape, paper insulating strings etc gently and carefully, washing of the dust, rust and dirt from all parts incluiding taking out HT/LT leg coil core tank and cooling tubes, painting the inner side tank by zinc chromate paint and preparing the same for re-assembling after carrying out required repairs, replacement, overhauling, commissioning and testing at workshop and bringing back to the original location after repairs and overhauling where the transformer was originally installed; fixing and installing in original position, making all electrical/mechanical connections, commissioning and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for taking out and reinstalling after repair of transformer with the help of crane, including transportation to workshop and back incluiding handling, loading and unloading etc..(ii) Unserviceable wornout items/spare required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ. (iii) Filling in new/ fresh transformer oil shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates qouted by the contractor. Burt tranformer oil shall be sold to the contractor. | 85 | M&L for arresting the leakage of Transformer Oil from the HT side busings of Transformer capacity upto 400 KVA including the followings:- (i) Opening the top cover and refixing after repair duly pasted with gasket.(ii) Taking out the transformer Oil from the transformer upto the level suitable to carry out the repair work.(iii) Taking out the Brass bushings and supply and replacement of the same duly coupled with suitable gasket nuts, bolts and washers.(iv) Refilling of Transformer Oil after completion of repair work and ensure that the Leak has been arrested.(v) Reassembling complete and testing and commissioing. |
