Note: (i)The building walls have been constructed with Brick work & Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) structural elements like Columns, Beam, Sunshade etc., the building is provided with ventilators etc., (ii) The drawing attached with the tender document is indicative, the Firms are advised to inspect the site before submitting their tender to gain a complete understanding and the scope of work. (iii)The bidders are requested to quote only their basic rate and the total amount will be calculated including GST @ 18%. (iv)Only the H1 rate offered by the eligible bidder will be considered.

Dismantling the damaged Godown adjacent to Port Marshalling Yard of size 59.2m x 25.9m consists of floor level of height 8 m .The building constructed with framed structure with RCC roof and dispose the debris/waste materials at the location outside custom bound area within a lead of 5 Km as shown by the departmental officers. The contractor has to quote the net amount to remit with Port considering the dismantling and disposing of debris/waste materials and salvageable value of usable materials to be taken out by him such as damaged Steel, Ventilators, etc provided in the building as directed by the departmental officers.
