Applying 1st Coat of polyurethane based single component liquid membrane with brush or roller to achieve coverage of not less than 2.8 Sq mtr per Kg. | 30 | Providing & laying seamless bonding layer of 75mm width x 50mm depth in between gaps by supplying & applying POLYURETHANE FOAM PU-SP (NON FIRE GUN GRADE) / PU-SC (NON FIRE ANNUAL GRADE) for filling the gaps in uniform layer. The Surfaces should be clean, free of dust, grease & other impurities before applying the POLYURETHANE FOAM. Dry and porous surfaces should be moistened with water and the optimal temperature can be maintain at work site of about 20°C to 25°C. Before applying, shake the sealed can of POLYURETHANE FOAM of 750ml thoroughly (about 20 times) with the valve upside down. After shaking, remove the protective cap and screw the adapter / Dispenser Gun. Hold the can upside down and activate the foam by pressing the valve. It should be considered that the POLYURETHANE FOAM would expand 2-3 times. For filling a gap wider than 50 mm with POLYURETHANE FOAM, work will be in layers. Apply the second layer once the first one has hardened in 4-6 hours. Once the foam has been hardened, cut the potruded portion with a sharp knife to make the surface in uniform layer and if required, finish the surface with sealant covering, plastering, painting, etc. To provide a better performance of POLYURETHANE FOAM, surface to be moistened before application and cured foam must be protected against UV. The POLYURETHANE FOAM Can comes in 750ml Can with a volume coverage of 33-38ltr and compressive strength of 0.04-0.95 MPA with all necessary acessories complete as per design-patterns, drawings, specifications as directed & approved by Engineer-in-charge.Note: (1) CONSIDERED GAP SIZE OF 75MM WIDTH X 50MM DEPTH.
