Comprehensive Maintenance of UPS System(MAKE - VERTIVE) Capacity - Model Name - Hipulse 60 KVA (Serial No- 202001HU4098,202001HU4097,202001HU4095,202001HU4094) = 4 Nos. Model Name - Hipulse 120 KVA (Serial No- 202001HU4160) = 1 Nos. Model Name - Hipulse 300 KVA (Serial No- 202002HU2030,202002HU4129,202002HU4124,202002HU4114,201912HU3977,201912HU3976) = 6 Nos. Scope Of Work - includes Quarterly Preventive Maintenance : 1.Perform a complete visual inspection of the equipment including subassemblies, wiring harnesses, contacts, cables, and major components. Check air filters for cleanliness. 2. Check module(s) completely for the following (if applicable): 3. Rectifier and inverter snubber boards for discoloration. 4. Power capacitors for swelling or leaking oil. 5. DC capacitor vents caps that have extruded. 6. Record all voltage and current meter readings on the module control cabinet or the system control cabinet. 7. Measure and record harmonic trap filter currents. 8. Check the inverter and rectifier snubbers for burned or broken wires. 9. Check all nuts, bolts, screws, and connectors for tightness and heat discoloration. 10. Check fuses on the DC capacitor deck for continuity (if applicable). 11. With customer approval, perform operational test of the system including unit transfer and battery discharge. 12. Calibrate and record all electronics to system specifications. 13. Install or perform Engineering Field Change Notices (FCN) as necessary. 14. Measure and record all low-voltage power supply levels. 15. Measure and record phase-to-phase input voltage and currents. 16. Review system performance with customer to address any questions and to schedule any repairs. 17. Maintain proper log book for each and every reparir/testing work. 18.includes all major and minor reparing/Replacment in UPS system for proper working of UPS system . 19.
