Complete dismantling of two 1600 kVA transformers including draining transformer oil into drums provided by BVFCL. Transportation of drained oil to MM Store using BVFCL-provided vehicles and hydra.
Shifting and transportation of two 1600 kVA transformers including all dismantled accessories from Ammonia-III plant area to WTP-II location within hydra accessible range.
Manual dragging of two transformers from hydra-accessible point to designated foundation locations. This job includes construction of proper MS Channel structure for dragging the transformers on uneven surface as directed by site in charge. Place first transformer at modified existing cabin and second at new WTP-II Pump house foundation. MS Channels will be provided by BVFCL from Scrap Materials.
Re-installation and erection of all transformer accessories and fittings that were dismantled during Serial No. 1. Include bushings, breathers, conservator tanks, radiators, marshalling boxes, and all associated hardware ensuring proper assembly and alignment. The job has to be done manually using chain pulley as hydra cannot reach the foundation locations.
Rerouting and laying of 3-core × 185 sq.mm high tension 11kV PILCA armoured cable from existing transformer cabin to WTP-II Pump house. Include trenching, cable laying, sand bedding, protection tiles, and backfilling for incoming power supply connection.
Rerouting and laying of low tension 3.5-core × 400 sq.mm LT cables from existing cabin to WTP-II Pump house for outgoing LT supply. Total six cables comprising one complete outgoing feeder. Include trenching, laying, protection, and proper identification tagging. Job includes decompounding.
Termination and jointing of 3-core × 185 sq.mm PILCA high tension cable at transformer HT bushing side. Include preparation of cable ends, heat shrink joints, terminal lugs, earthing connections, and testing as per standard termination procedures.
Termination of six numbers of 3.5-core × 400 sq.mm XLPE cables at transformer LT side cable terminal box. Include cable glands, lugs crimping, phase identification, earthing, and megger testing to ensure proper electrical connections and insulation.
Removal and dismantling of one 1250 kVA and one 1750 kVA transformer from existing cabins. Safe transportation and shifting of both units to MM Store yard for scrap disposal. Ensure proper draining of oil before shifting.
Dismantling of existing partition wall inside transformer cabin to create adequate space for installation of one 1600 kVA transformer. Include removal of debris, surface preparation, and cleaning of area for new transformer placement.
Construction of two reinforced cement concrete (RCC) transformer foundations measuring 1800mm × 1400mm × 700mm each. Use nominal concrete mix ratio of 1:1.5:3 with proper reinforcement, shuttering, curing, and finishing as per standard specifications.
Supplying of Indoor cable end termination (UE) with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 185 sqmm size of 3 core, PILCA aluminum conductor cable of 11 kV Grade as required.
Supplying of indoor end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5Core x 400 sqmm XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 kV Grade as required. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
