| 6 | Khamira Colour Washing as per old traditional practice to prepare the Khamira the lime should be slaked at least for 7-10 days and regularly it should be stirred by adding cured, Gugal, for non-synthetic colour adding gum (babool gum) as per specification. Then applying prepared solution on walls three to four thin coats as desired finishing. |
| 7 | Providing & applying Lime kara 1:2 (1lime cream : 2 Zikki powder) grinding mortar with grinding mill/manually on lime base, on ceiling and all flat surface in two coats. First coat applying 3 mm to 4 mm thick and curing properly at least 7 days, second finishing coat done after 7 days of previous coat as per traditional practice.(thickness not more than 6 mm.) |

| 9 | Tuman masonry by brick bats/ stones in grinded mortar of Lime Surkhi mortar 1:2/lime sand mortar 1:2 including racking and removal of all old loose plaster and cleaning the wall surface properly as per direction of Engineer In-charge. |
| 10 | Scraping & Removing of white wash/ distemper/algli etc. from plain plaster & surfaces gently with care to keep intact the old designs. |
| 11 | Providing and applying ceilent adhesive to existing cracks by suitable silicon or equivalent ceilent complete in all respect and making it complete water-proof as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | Water proofing with consolidation of basic substrata, making it complete water proof with Protekta series of compounds or equivalent as per manufacturers specifications and as per direction of engineer in-charge |
| 13 | Restoration of wooden doors with polychrome art in oil colour by cleaning the paintings with the help of suitable chemicals , consolidation of the wood and flecking paint layer, filling of the gaps and cracks in the wood, retouching of the paintings by the same technique and design wherever required with the help of same material (originally used ) and provide of a preservative coating. |

| 17 | Providing & fixing Brown Kota/ Mandana / Dholpur/ slate stone in cladding / Flooring Structural base with white cement & Tinex chemical & SS Clamp and Fasteners (of approved brand) laid and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab as per drawing attached complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge & Architect with all lead & lift. The Stone measurement will be done of outer most dimension. Thickness of ston 40-50mm. |
