M&L for Opening of condenser cover of both sides including disconnecting of water pipe line for inlet and outlet of the condenser of each plant. Removing scale/sludge precipitated in the copper tube by push and pull method with iron rod connected with steel wire brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size for entire length of condenser by scraping down . Closing both side of condenser and circulating the descaling soulation in all tube of three condensers of each plant through the circulating pump and allows holding it for 30 minutes for chemical descaling. Opning the condenser both sides and clean with iron rod connected with nylon brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser to ensure descaling process has been completed then closing the condenser at both end and circulating clean water in all tubes including condenser of each plant and drain out the process will continue till the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge then fixing new gasket for both ends of the three condenser of each plant tighten with new nut and bolt for the following plants :-(For every three months 01 time descaling to be done due to removal of high TDS )

M&L for Pressure testing for entire system of the following AC plant confirming of all condensers compressor and circulating system with CO2/Nitrogen gas and retain to allow the pressure for three days. If found any leakage or reduction in the scale of pressure to be located and assure the leakage immediately by brazing/soldering/welding to be taken to stop the leakage premanently :- (a) Old Parachute building AC Plant 16 BRD-3 x30 TR Capacity. (b) Radar Lab AC Plant at 13 BRD-3 x 50 TR Plant Capacity. (c) Communication Lab AC Plant at 13 BRD- 3 x 75 TR Plant capacity. (d) Std & Call Lab AC Plant at 13 BRD- 3 x 11 TR Plant Capacity. (e) New Parachute building at 13 BRD - 3 x 35 TR Plant Capacity.

Cleaning cooling tower by applying wire brush and chemicals by removing the deposited impurities such as silt, dust particles mud/ sand inside the dome and around the fins, wiremesh, main shaft etc and other connected items complete all as specified for the following plants-
