Dismantling Old grit plaster or similar type of plaster including base plaster or raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 Metres lead.

15 mm cement plaster on rough/external side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Extra for plastering exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete .

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Disposal of building rubbish/malba or similar unserviceable, dismantled, or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transportation, and unloading at any authorized C&D (Construction and Demolition) waste management site within a 25 km lead (e.g., Shastri Park, Burari, Mundka), including weighing at the plant, etc., complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be carried out as per the procedures/rules of the respective C&D waste management facility. The processing fee for C&D waste disposal, as per the prescribed rates, shall be deposited by the agency and will be reimbursed by the department upon submission of original cash receipts only.
