| 4 | Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |

| 7 | M&L for rendering 15mm thick in 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, chajja, fins facia etc in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5 mm in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing liquid (ISI marked) @ 200ml/bag of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions upto 3 storey height, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Supply only water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. |
