Details of Work.

Carriage of 01 No 145 KV Bushing from 132 KV Sub-Station Banda to 220KV Sub-Station, Banda including loading, carriage and unloading by in a private track (Truck Crane shall be arranged by the contactor at his own cost.)

Removal of Jumpers of HV side Bushings of the 40 MVA T/F-I. The Scope of work involves removal of Jumpers, Bushing Clamps, Opening of Earthing of Neutral Bushings of the Transformer.

Partial drain out the Transformer oil from 40 MVA T/F as required in amply oil drums for replacement of defective HV bushing.

Dismantling of damaged Y Phase HV bushing of 40 MVA T/F-I Transformer by opening cutting of top thumble removal of bushing from tank and covered with blanking plate etc. (Crane shall be arrange by the contractor at his own cost)

Fixing of New HV bushing in place of defective HV bushing Replacement of gasket and fixing of lead thumble. (Crane shall be arrange by the contractor at his own cost)

Centrifuging of complete Transformer oil in Transformor tank by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the Transformer oil through centrifuging machine and taking the BDV and PPM value of the oil periodically till the required value achieved, as per direction of supervising engineer. The work includes, all the work related to centrifuging the oil and filling the all in Transformer in tank. Oil approx. 20 KL. (Operator and centrifuging machine shall be arrange by the Contactor at his own cost)

Re-Jumpering of HV side Bushings of the above 40 MVA T/F-I. The scope of work involves Fixing & Tightening of Bushing Clamps & Jumpers along with earthing of the Neutal Bushings by Fixing of Flexible Copper Strips.

Tan Delta and Capacitance measurement including IR, Polarisation Index (PI) & Absorption ratio test of Transformers as per standard testing procedures (Including Tan Delta and Capacitance Measurement of Bushings at standard and variable frequencies and that of HV & LV windings) with the help of duly calibrated Tan Delta & IR Test kit (5 KV) of OMICRON/Megger make to be arranged by the contactor Including the cost of operation of Test Kit along with preparation and submission of test results in specified formats after the competition of tests. The works shall include the cost of Manpower and T&P involved in testing and submission of test reports in specified formats.(one Job for each Transformer)

Performing following detailed testing of Oil Samples of above both transformers Transformer at CPRI, PGCIL or any other NABL Certified Lab including collection of Sample in Air Tight Bottles of proper specification as per standard pratice and submission of Reports:-1.BDV, 2.PPM(1 Job for one Oil Sample of which all above tests shall be done)

Repairing and Overhauling & Servicing of 40 MVA T/F-I LV Side Breaker at 220 KV S/S Banda Under ETD Banda. Work consist of : (a) Checking & Adjustment of Snatch gap travel of drive Insulators rod and tie rod of each Pole. (b) Replacement of all damaged and defective parts closing latch assembly, trip latch, close coil etc and its proper adjustment. Cleaning & greasing. (c) Oiling and Greasing of CRANK gear by openng of lock, circlip etc. (d) Dismentling of all pole linkage, pins and rod assembly, cleaning, greasing and its proper adjustment. (e) Check statisfactory close/trip operation of the breaker both by local remote . (f) Check close/trip timing by digital timer (g) Repairing of mechanism for solving the mechnical problem. After Overhauling of VCB following test to be carried out. (i) Opening & Closing time of breaker of each Pole (ii) carring of contact resistance measurement of each Pole. (iii) Checking of Megger value of breaker Pole.
