| 1 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. |
| 2 | Providing and fixing Scaffolding net of required width made of high density Polyethylene UV stabilized knitted on warp knitting machines having density 100 gram / sqm and shading coefficient minimum 75% around the construction site/ for vertical extension as per requirement including fastening/tying with building/scaffolding pipes or with any other fixtures etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (One time payment shall be made for providing Scaffolding net from start of work till completion of work including shifting if any. | 9 | Supplying and applying non-metallic composite Carbon fiber wrapping system Tyfo SCH14UP, BASF, SIKA, Krishna Conchem comprising of unidirectional fiber sheet 400 GSM (having dry fibre properties, modulus of elasticity not less than 240 GPa, tensile strength not less then 4800 MPa and density not less than 1.80 gm/cm3) and compatible saturant, including surface preparation by Grinding /moulding concrete, cleaning it with wire brush, removing oil, laitance etc.if present, rounding sharp edges to min 25mm. radius etc. complete, Profiling by applying compatible primer on prepared surface, filling the holes and uneven surfaces with thixotrophic putty etc. complete, wrapping the fiber sheet by tamping to avoid any air voids etc. i/c fixing with a required number of fiber anchors of minimum 10 mm diameter along the length of girder (both side) as per the drawing, driving and fixing the same upto minimum 75mm into parent concrete. Complete with respect to driving holes, cleaning with pressure air, and making them free of dust and dirt, fiber sheet reinforcement shall be saturated by not less then 1.25 kg/sqm of saturating resin. The same procedure shall be adopted for multiple layers with interval of 8 hrs between consecutive layers, rectifying air voids if any, pasting the river sand on it to make the surface rough to add any further finishes as per the specifications, design, and drawings and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Providing shear anchor of 10mm dia and 100mm long of high strength hybrid woven fiber glass fabric mesh with filling of hole with TYFO EPOXY/NCase,BASF, SIKA, Krishna Conchem or equivalent removing/drawing out of the entrapped air etc. from the drilled hole all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of the Engineer in Charge. It shall include labor for mixing EPOXY resin, saturating the anchor with EPOXY, drilling the RCC members and inserting the saturated anchor inside thedrilled hole. |
