| 2 | M&L in repair of outdoor unit 22.7 TR (Model XAC2S-024MAR2 of Make Bluestar ) controller panel board of Central / Package type AC Plant by cleaning the panel with blower, replacement of unserviceable PCB Board, Drier filter, MCBs, MCCBs, contractor MNX-9/18/25/32, Add on Auxiliary contact block (MNX A-2 /MNX A-1/TA1-DN22), Phase connector, over load relay, transformer, burnt wire, cables with existing size & length including proper numbering, replacement of u/s fuse link, lugs, washer, nuts, bolts, checking proper electrical connection, connectivity etc. & find out defective parts and making the outdoor unit functional by replacing unserviceable items as directed by Engr-in-charge. |

Note :- The rates quoted by the contractor for topping up/ filling of refrigerant gas shall deemed to include leakage detection, rectification of leakage by brazing, nitrogen pressure testing, etc. |
