| 1 | M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick work, or concrete surfaces finished fair and even with out using extra cement with WPC @ 1%, upto 10 metre height including necessary scaffolding and taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely. |
| 2 | M&L for Rough cast plaster including After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick with WPC@1% and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly better than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed, including taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely. |

| 20 | M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additives, with heat reflectant property which can reduce the painted surface temp, by 5 degree and gives excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1L/6sq mtr diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied including one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 1L/11 sq. mtr diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied using an airless spray machine of with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI & including a coat of external 2mm putty Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint, at any height, complete all as specified directed. |
| 21 | M&L for removal of paint/putty etc from the wall using mechanical means as per manufacturer instructions. Hacking of existing plastered surfaces upto 2mm. Note :- The wall treatment shall be done on hacked/new cementous surface for proper bonding & requisite results. Surface to be treated shall be passed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Take Poly plastic fibre/ Eazee coat Ultra adhesive and white cement in equal proportion & add 25% H2O in it to make the mix as per manufacturer instructions. Apply 2 coats of wall bind adhesive mixture to the wall using a roller & brush.(b) Final & top coat apply with mixing ratio of poly plastic fibre/ Eazee coat Ultra top coat & water & white cement as per manufacturer instructions. Note :- The poly fibre plastic/ Eazee Coat Ultra should have following characterstics :-(a) Resists positive hydrostatic presure of upto 14 bars.(b) Crack filling ability upto 45 mm.(c) Temp control upto 14 degree celcious on any surface like concrete roof, metal shed & for walls also.(d) High durablity to water, fire & UV rays covering climate condition to + 55 degree celcious.Make : Nerolac Perma/ European Paints & Chemicals/ Ever Paint. Note:- The wall treatment shall be done on wall tile/new cementous/concrete surface for proper bonding & requisite results. Surface to be treated shall be passed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 22 | Clearing of tree branches not exc 15 cm girth and cutting of trunk portion protuding over wall surface/roof surface/terrace of building of height up to 10.0 metre. Including necessary scaffolding and necessary safety measure if required and make good the surface in cement mortar (1:3) and applying one coat of anti growth of vegitation chemical as directed by Engr-in-Charge and removing of unserviceable material out side MD land and cleaning site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 23 | Writing letters or figure (Blocks, Roman, Italic or Indian of size 15 cms height, 15mm wide tape, 4-5 letters per Tile base, using Reflective sheets/ tapes of Black colour, including plain white coloured tiles of size 300 x 300 mm over vertical surface, over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, also roughening of existing surface & making good the disturbed portion, complete all as specified.
