| 2 | Excavation in drains and channel etc. in all classification of soil such as pick, spade, junper, blasting soft / hard rock etc. lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3.00 metres and then returning tha stacked soil in 15cm layers when required in plinth sides of foundation etc. consoildating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth : pick work & jumper work. |

| 5 | Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. up to 200 milimetres in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge. |
| 6 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 5 : 10 ( One cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15 % plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining walls/ breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per P.W.D. specification within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing of PVC Pipe for weep holes of 100 mm dia having pressure of 4.00 Kg/Cm square complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per Direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge. |
| 8 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4 :8 ( One cement : four sand: eight graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 : Cement 2: Sand 4: Stone aggregate 20 mm Nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :- |

| 11 | In walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 meter thickness) attatched pillasters. |
| 12 | Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level. |
| 13 | Providing mild / tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per Direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge. |
| 14 | Wire crates of G.I. wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire. (Wire crates to be measured and paid for separately) within all leads and lifts as per the Direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 16 | TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1 The work shall be executed strictly in accordance with JSV/IRC and BIS satisfaction as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge 2 Nothing shall be paid to the contractor for rejected work/materials 3 The payment to the labourers will he made in the presence of Junior Engineer concerned a representative of Engineer-in-Charge 4 The work shall be executed with in stipulated period 5 Sill free sandstone aggregate of approved quarry shall be used 6 GST, Labour Cess and Security will be deducted from cach bill of the contractor as per Govt. rule 7.
