Comprehensive maintenance of complete Fire alarm system addressable type AT 15 AFH including taking down carefully of existing faulty fire alarm detection system/ detectors from existing location ie roof surface, false ceiling surface or above or in between false ceiling and roof surface including removing of false ceiling of any type and refixing the same after repair /replacement of fire detector work and making good the existing distrubed surface to match with the existing surface complete fire alarm system, including minor repairs & control wiring ,testing with SMOKE DETECTER TESTER functionality of all components, cleaning all device in control panels shall be carried out as necessary, testing of fire alarm system, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ Users at various locations in GE (AF) Jaisalmer. Service engineer to ensure serviceability of fire alarm system as follows:-(i) Check all connection of control panel(ii) Check all sensor, detectors & call points.(iii) test detector and call point in each zone as required.(iv) Testing of alarm sounders.(v) Cleaning of control panel and wirings.MAKE:-Siemens

MAKE:-HoneywellNOTE 1 FOR item no 1 & 2 .The entire scope of work specified under BOQ/Schedule ‘A’, Item No. 1.00 & 2.00 including repair /replacement of any defective parts of the fire alarm system , shall be executed exclusively through the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) i.e., M/s Siemens PVT LTD & M/s Honeywell International INC or their accredicted/authorized agency.The contractor shall upload/submit a scanned copy of the Intent of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) executed with the above OEM in Cover No. 1, along with his bid application.Further, the contractor shall also submit the hard copy of the said MoU along with his application before the last date of bid submission. Failure to upload/submit the MoU (both scanned copy and hard copy) shall result in summary rejection of the bid, and Cover No. 2 shall not be opened under any circumstances.However before commencement of work ,the contractor shall mandatorily submit the final and fully executed MOU/Agreement With the OEM.No work Shall be permitted to start without submission of the final MOU Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
