| 23 | M&L for Preparation of old cement concrete interlocking paver block/chequered tile floor and similar flat concrete area on path, pedestal, hardstanding by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping , removing grass roots in joints of paver block and cleaning all loose dirt & dust from the surface by fanning with air compressor and applying one coat of anti fungal apex paint of Asian paint or equivalent in berger, Nerolac paint as per original colour and pattern of tile, complete all as specified & directed.
