Sweeping, cleaning, wiping of entire inside floor of Janasasthya Karigori Bhaban Cum Office Building including cleaning of all toilets, bath rooms, urinals, wash basins by using phenyl, harpic, floor cleaner with broom stick, cotton brush, cloth dusters, detergent & colen etc and providing naphthalene, odonyl, hand wash liquid soap as per requirement including sweeping and washing the intermediate path, garbage, open terrace at 2nd floor with clean water all complete with full satisfaction of EIC for 22 days in a month.

Soot and dust cleaning through vacuum cleaning machine or otherwise from ceiling, walls, doors etc of all rooms, toilets, store at Janasasthya Karigori Bhaban Cum Office of the Executive Engineer, Asansol Mech. Division, P.H.E. Dte. for once in a month as per direction of EIC.

Pest control service including supply of chemical propoxure (20% emulsified concentrate and Malathian 50%) and Chloripyrifos 20% EC diluted with water in ratio 1:19 to protect from poisonous insects and for rodent control service with racumin and Zinc Phosphzate Power at entire office building (inside and out side) once in a month as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning and removing conservancy garbage mixed with rubbish and other filthy materials from road side flank, surface drains, and compound cleaning sweeping loading, unloading from the premises of Janasasthya Karigori Bhaban by mathor labour and removing the same to any distance as per direction of EIC (For 20 m3/month).

Taking out and removing silt from bottom of CWR and roof top PVC tanks after bailing out water, removing moss and weed from the well/tank surface (by wire brush of as necessary) and disinfecting the CWR complete including supply of bleaching powder as per direction of EIC (One in a month).
