Day to day operation, overall supervision, preparation of food, cleaning, washing, wiping of entire inside space of the bungalow, serving the food and other works for complete comfort of guest and proper functioning of the system and up keeping of all furniture, gadgets, kitchen, appliance, cookeries, cartularies, utensils including proper recording of all proceedings (through computer with printing operation) including cleaning of toilet, bathroom, urinals by using phenyl, harpic, floor cleaner and cleaning glass of all doors and windows by colin or any other approved liquid cleaner all complete in all respect with full satisfaction of EIC. 3 Persons and 1 Skilled.Categorical employment of personnel for smooth operation of the entire system is furnished below :A] Deployment of 1 No. Caretaker cum-Computer Operator personnel.B] Deployment of 1 No. Cook personnel for cooking in the kitchen of Darbardanga Inspection Bungalow.C] Deployment of 1 No. Assistant Cook personnel for making assistance to cook in the kitchen of Darbardanga Inspection Bungalow.D] Deployment of 1 No. Room / Food Service-cum-utensil cleaner man.

The entrusted agency should categorically maintain the below mentioned condition :A] Maintenance of all kitchen appliance, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dish washer etc. including changing of any parts / components up to Rs. 200.00 (Rupees two hundred) only to be born by the agency.B] All materials for cleaning, washing, wiping etc. are to be supplied by the agency.C] One no room / food service cum utensil cleaner man to be provided by the agency.D] If any damage at the time of dry cleaning / washing etc. the agency will liable for replacement the same.
