(d) applying a tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat for bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane. Each coat would be paid seperately.) (e) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Floor Area shall be measured for payment). |

| 7 | M&L for Elestomeric Water proofing on roof/ wall with the follwing steps:STEP-1. Firstly to cleain the existing surface and make the surface dust free. STEP- II. Crack more then 0.5mm the opening of crack in V grove and filling with epoxy mortor. STEP-III. Initial coat (mixed 1/2 liter of water in 1 liter of Roof/wall seal of approved make as a primer (Area cover 1 liter=9-10 sqmtr) over fiber mesh. STEP-IV. After six hours of primer, apply first coat (one coat) of roof/ wall seal of apprved make in a particular direction without mixing of water. Now left it for six hours (Area cover 1 litre=1.2 sqmtr). per Sqm). STEP-V. After again six hours of first coat and apply the second coat of Roof/ wall seal in a other direction without mixing of water (Area cover 1 litre= 1.2 Sqmtr). Now left it 24 hours. complete all as specified and directed by Note:- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers of authorised applicator of manufacturer. |
