Earthwork excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in in all kinds of soil and in any plan dimension, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within 5km (Outside CSL-in Cheriakadavantra) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling the available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations etc. in layers consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand:6 20mm nominal size coarse aggregate) including mixing, laying, compacting, all labour charges, cost and conveyance, handling, unloading, storing of all materials including cost of cement,cost of steel form work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying TMT rebars (550 D) of preferred brands for R.C.C work including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Providing and laying R.C.C 1:1½:3 using 20mm nominal size aggregate upto plinth level including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, cost of cement, cost of steel formwork, hire charges for tools and plants, other incidentals etc.complete but excluding cost and fabrication charge of reinforcement.
