| 10 | M& L in repair for preparation of surface for application of water based epoxy resin coating of waterproofing for internal wall dampness and filling of cracks and making the surface smooth and finish complete all as specified. Note : (a) Complete removal of treatment/plaster(where needed) on internal walls and preparation of surface for application and making the surface wet .(b) apply first coat of Dr. fixit Dampguard in ratio(1U base:1U hardner:1U water) in one direction and leaving the coat to dry for 6 to 8 hrs.(c) apply second coat of Dr. fixit dampguard in ratio(1U base:1U hardner:1U water) in perpendicular direction to the first coat applied and leaving the surface to dry for 24 hrs. Material: Dr. fixit Dampguard or equivalent. |
| 11 | Material & labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium arcylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied Makes :- Nerolac -Excel, Asian - Apex, Burger - Weather coat antidust, Dulux - Weather shield. Note- 1. Application of Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means). 2. Wall care putty (if required at site before application of above painting in certain portion ) shall be done and same shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item No 02 |
| 12 | Complete removal of existing treatment on wall(Internal/External) /roof projections including facis, cornics etc(Internal surfaces by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc) & (External surface by Jet washer) by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick interior surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete exterior surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required. |
| 16 | M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling, chajja in CM 1:3 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |
