Day to day preventive & corrective maintenance of the entire Fire Detection system installed at different buildings within the premises Chittaranjan Seva Sadan College of Obstertics,Gynaecology & Child Health Hospitals by engaging 1 no. skilled person in each shift having adequate knowledge and skill in fire detection system as per attached terms & condition. (3shifts) (Rate should be quotated Per Operator/Per Month basis only for this Item.)

Cost for replacement following spare parts (Consumable spares & Emergency spares) as and when required for annual preventive and corrective maintenance of Fire Detection System. (As per attached Annexure I&II)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning analog Addressable Intelligent multi sensor detector (VDS/UL/FM/ULC aproved) with inbuilt optical smok sensors as well as additional heat detector sensor with decentralise intelligence, soft addressable photo thermal type with inbuilt fault isolator as per NFPA style 7 wiring complete with base having IP as per recommended standard (Make:Siemens).

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning Addressable Heat Detector (Fixed temperature cum rate of rise) ( VDS / UL / FM / ULC approved ) with twist lockable removal base, built - in fault isolator, drift compensation feature etc including connections as per specifications complete as reqd and having IP as per recommended standard (Note : Detectors without built-in fault isolator is also acceptable but in such case the contractor shall provide one independent fault isolator module for every group of addressable devices ( Numbers of addressable devices in a group will be as per latest recommended standards ) without any additional cost). (Make:Siemens).

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning Addressable Loop Powered Hooter (sound output of minimum 90 db ) cum strobe (strength of light 10 cd)complete with inbuilt isolator & IP65 base and ( VDS / UL / FM / ULC approved) approved. (Make:Siemens).

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning Addressable Manual Call Point (VDS / UL / FM / ULC approved) soft addressable type within built fault isolator as per NFPA style 7 wiring complete as required. (Make:Siemens).
