| 3 | Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified & as directed. |
| 4 | Demolition of brickwork , block masonry or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed. |
| 5 | Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and stacking at site where directed. |

| 10 | Dismantling of Corrugated or semi corrugated steel sheeting etc any thickness including ridges as in roof covering and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed complete all as directed. |
| 11 | Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, platform, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar , stacking serviceable slbs at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MOD land complete all as directed. |
| 12 | Dismantling of PVC Pipes of any dia fixed in any description complete all as directed. |
| 13 | Dismantling existing unserviceable PVC water tank of capacity exc 250 litres & not exc 500 litres from roof top , complete, all as specified & directed |
| 14 | All same as per item No 13 here-in-above but PVC water tank of capacity exc 500 liters but not exc 1000 liters -do - |
| 15 | Removing any type of tree roots, shrubs and bushes from wall surface/roof top/chajjas etc including repairing of cracks by filling in cement mortor 1:3 on cracked surface and making good the surface as per its original specifications including removal of entire wastes as ordered outside MOD land complete all as directed. |
| 16 | Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil. |
| 17 | M & L for Hard core of broken hard stone or boulders of guage not exceeding 63 mm , deposited spread as subbase to inter locking tiles in layers n.exc 15cm thick , watered & well rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | M & L for PCC 1 :4 : 8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling, sunken repairing & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed |
| 19 | Providing precast ce- ment concrete Type B1 1:2 :4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry),string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts , boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match Set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed. |
