| 5 | Providing Electrician Grade-II for Attending to electrical faults in common area wiring and installations, Replacement of worn-out light bulbs, tubes, and other lighting fixtures in common areas, Repair or replacement of main switches, fuses, copper wiring, fuse switches, and holders, Maintenance and replacement of ELCB/RCCB units as required, Addressing minor faults in the common area electrical installations, Carrying out routine checks and maintenance of electrical panels and equipment, Addressing electrical issues reported by residents in common areas etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers |
